  • How can I contact you?

  • How do I pay for my order?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards and online payments via PayPal. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before accepting the order. Payment will be taken in full at the time of order. A receipt for your transaction will be sent via email to the email address you have given us on the order.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    Our standard delivery area is Hampshire (excl. IOW), Dorset, East Sussex, West Sussex, Berkshire, Surrey, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Greater London. We are able to deliver outside these locations, but an additional delivery and installation cost will apply. Please see our delivery page for more details.
  • Do I have to pay extra for delivery?
    Order values up to £750 (excluding VAT) will be subject to a 10% surcharge for delivery and installation. Orders over the value of £750 (excluding VAT) will be delivered and installed free of charge (inside of our delivery radius).
  • How long will it take my order to arrive?
    All our furniture is manufactured to order, and as such delivery times can vary. We aim to deliver within 3-4 weeks from point of order. Some products such as breakout area sofas can be subject to extended lead times. You will be notified of this at time of order.
  • Do you offer a guarantee with your products?
    All of our products are covered by the manufacturers guarantee. This will vary between products. We will be happy to supply you with the guarantee details for individual products on request
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?
    If there is any damage or faults, they must be reported to us via email or post within 7 days of delivery. Any items damaged by us in the course of delivery or installation will be replaced or repaired at no extra cost. Damage caused by misuse or damage not reported within the 7 day period will not be repaired free of charge.
  • I’ve made a mistake in my order. What can I do?
    Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to take back any incorrectly ordered or unwanted items. However, we may be able to return some items to manufacturers, if they are in an unused condition in original packaging. This will incur a shipping and restocking fee.
  • How will you use my company or personal details?
    We never pass on your information to any third parties. All customer information is kept strictly confidential, in compliance with GDPR regulations. Please check our privacy policy for more details.
